At ING Premium Sports, we are committed to your peak performance and total satisfaction. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear or outdoor use.

• 3.
  Ship to ING

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our premium sports specialists inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
